What is your minimum charge?
Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 30 minute units.
Do you charge a call out fee?
If the drainage plumbers are unable to perform the service, due to conditions beyond their control that you have failed to inform us about, you might be charged with a minimum call-out fee of 1 hour, including any congestion/parking fees, if applicable.
Are there any surprise costs?
No surprises. Our labour rates are fixed and transparent so you know exactly what you'll be paying before we carry out any work.
Do you provide free quotes?
We can provide free 'no obligation' quotes and estimates for your drainage work.
Do you charge VAT?
